They can check a customer’s credit, verify inventory, apply customer discounts, track order status and payment, and so on—all of which are important elements of the customer’s experience.
Yet while these e-commerce products decrease order processing costs, our experience indicates that they don’t really increase revenues. Why not? One reason may be that, when it comes to selling parts online, ordering a part is not the same as selecting a part...

When: April 21-23
Where: Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center, Grapevine/Dallas, TX

How do airlines and MRO operators continue to move to an electronic environment while at the same time satisfying the FAA and complying with the FARs? What are the issues and concerns, and what can all parties do to assure compliance while still migrating to digital systems? Furthermore, does the new electronic technology really cost less and speed things up? Come hear what the experts have to say about these and other digital/regulatory topics.

- Carol Giles, Manager, Aircraft Maintenance Division, FAA
- Jonathan Yaron, President and CEO, Enigma, Inc.
