Enigma has integrated its InService MRO, EPC (Electronic Parts Catalog) and JCG (Job Card Generator) solutions with Siemens PLM Software’s Teamcenter for MRO to provide a maintenance environment that manages asset configuration, maintenance documentation, maintenance planning and execution and illustrated parts catalogs.

The resulting solutions offer critical visibility into the entire maintenance and engineering workflow and helps technicians in the field and the hangar by delivering all of the latest service manuals, spare parts catalogs and troubleshooting guides, via the web, wireless and DVD. Task cards can be generated for specific pieces of equipment, according to serial number or equipment configuration.

In addition, the solutions can be easily integrated with back-office systems, such as enterprise resource planning, at the OEM and the dealer/ service provider, to optimize maintenance workflow and automate scheduled and unscheduled service events.

With an automated process for documenting maintenance activities that can be shared directly with the maintenance and engineering department, the joint Siemens-Enigma solutions provide unique insights into the operational environment, thus driving product improvements and maintenance best practices.
