This is an end-to-end solution for maintenance planning and execution that links the mechanic into the ERP system.
SAP and iMRO simplify maintenance and demand forecasting, maintenance planning and scheduling, configuration control and management, material management and maintenance operations. Enigma InService MRO further improves these activities by providing service and parts information (for capital equipment like aircraft, engines, locomotives and various components); revision and reconciliation management (for technical content); job card (task card) generation; and parts selection and ordering.

Enigma’s integration to SAP provides a range of e-commerce, aftermarket support and field service solutions for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and service providers.
Enigma is SAP-certified for SAP Applications and SAP NetWeaver, which allows integration to a wide-range of SAP Business Suite Applications, such as SAP CRM, SAP ERP, SAP PLM and SAP SCM. In addition, Enigma can be readily integrated to a variety of SAP Industry solutions to provide parts and service information wherever it is needed. These integrations enable product support information such as maintenance manuals, technical bulletins and electronic parts catalogs to be launched directly from the SAP environment. SAP transactional processes, such as spare parts ordering, can also be automatically initiated from within the Enigma service and parts information.
The resulting joint solutions offer sophisticated search and navigation capabilities, which help field service teams and channel partners quickly and easily locate the information they need for maintenance execution, parts procurement and online sales/support.
