Enigma 3C® is a web-native enterprise software platform and a set of applications designed to analyze, process and deliver technical content in an aftermarket parts and maintenance environment. For manufacturers and operators of complex machines and capital equipment, it is crucial to manage and deliver technical content to ensure proper maintenance.

Enigma 3C provides the “how to” information for customer service, parts and maintenance processes, which allows aftermarket business automation to move beyond the typical “who, what and when” of maintenance planning.

  • SaaS EPC – a hosted parts catalog solution designed for fast implementation to support customers, dealers, maintenance shops and administrative users.
  • InService MRO – a full maintenance support solution for the aviation, rail and transport industry that is pre-configured to handle multiple equipment types and fleets.
  • InService JCG – an automated job/task card rendition system, integrated with ERP and maintenance planning systems, that combines relevant descriptions, procedures, illustrations and sign-offs into a single file/document (per individual task or per job)
  • InService Revision Manager – an automated tool for comparing and reconciling updates to service and parts information
  • IETM (Class 5) – an application for military equipment that supports online/offline/ intermittent modes of operation with automatic synchronization (updates) while re-connecting
  • Print Server – designed for high-volume printing of content such as part catalogs of thousands of parts or monthly maintenance plans (aircraft C/D check)
