Marketing Operations

This brand new role will be a key part of our tight-knit marketing team, owning the systems and processes that fuel our growth.

About you:


You are organized and have an eye for details. You believe that our systems and processes are the foundation of making smart, data-driven business decisions. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

-You have 3+ years of experience in marketing operations

-You have experience executing campaigns in marketing automations systems, such as Marketo, Hubspot, or Eloqua

-You’re willing to get your hands dirty and have a “get things done” attitude

-You’ve managed projects end-to-end, collaborating across teams to deliver results on time

-You have strong interpersonal skills - people are excited to work with you

The role and opportunity:


This is a new role at Enigma that will be critical to the expansion of our business - you’ll be the glue that keeps our Marketing team aligned and running fast. You will guide our marketing systems and processes, helping maximize the output of our highly collaborative 5-person team. You’ll develop and execute inbound campaign strategies to grow our pipeline, as well as support on optimizing our digital presence.

In one month you will:


-Be intimately familiar with Enigma’s Marketo instance and have suggestions for improving the configuration

-Be comfortable making regular updates to our existing website using Enigma’s CMS

-Understand Enigma’s products and technical capabilities, as well as their sales cycles and target audiences

-Manage critical systems, particularly Marketo, ensuring data quality and seamless integration with our other systems

In 3 months you will:


-Be the go-to person for updates to Enigma’s website

-Be involved in day-to-day operations for the planning of Enigma’s new website

-Set up nurture campaigns for key audiences

-Have built dashboards for team members and leadership to track KPIs

-Have proposed and executed optimizations and experiments for our website and lead gen campaigns

In 6 months you will:


-Work proactively with Marketing team members and Sales to track and measure all stages of the marketing life cycle

-Help develop our marketing operations roadmap, identifying new opportunities, and evaluating operational efficiencies and new technologies to improve our team’s productivity and outcomes

-Collaborate on revenue lead generation, lead scoring, and marketing campaign execution to support lead generation, particularly via email
