As we scale our organization, we are looking to hire a Senior Recruiter that will play an integral role in helping us achieve our high-reaching growth plan. In this dynamic role, you will use your full cycle recruiting experience to source, build and manage hiring pipelines across engineering and non-engineering searches. Ultimately your success will be measured by your ability to curate a network of top quality candidates, regularly bringing recruiting best practices to the team, while consistently maintaining a polished professional presence and representing the Enigma brand in the most impressive light. What we look for:
5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience with a specific focus on technical roles.
Demonstrable experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages that require a high degree of detail.
Passion to be an inspiring leader on the team, consistently leading/offering guidance to junior members of the team through individual problem solving and attention to detail.
Solid foundation in and understanding of software engineering and technical concepts, to partner with hiring managers and quickly understand Enigma’s expanding technology stack and product architecture.
You are a strong and personable communicator who can provide a unique and impactful recruiting experience while developing lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers alike.
You have a passion for technology, a deep knowledge of the technology community and a high-level understanding of relevant programming languages.
Experience with different ATS and recruiting platforms. Greenhouse experience a plus!
